Our Programs

Hours of operation 7:30am – 6:00pm Monday to Friday

Our curriculum is rooted in the Montessori philosophy, fostering a lifelong love of learning through self-directed exploration, independence, and respect for each child’s unique developmental path – all in a warm and respectful environment

INFANT

12–18 Months

Our small class sizes provide infants with a warm, nurturing environment where they can grow alongside peers and caring educators. Our team is dedicated to meeting each child’s unique needs while fostering a space that encourages curiosity and learning through developmentally appropriate experiences. Infants are given daily opportunities to explore their surroundings and engage with the world through sensory-rich activities involving light, water, and other tactile elements. Our program also includes creative arts, imaginative play, and story or music time—helping to support your child’s cognitive, language, motor, and social-emotional development. After our Infant program, children graduate to the Montessori-inspired Toddler curriculum, which nurtures their growing independence, curiosity, and sense of self through hands-on exploration and guided learning experiences.

TODDLER

18 Months to 30 Months

Toddler stage is a time when curiosity and the desire to explore become increasingly evident. During this time, they naturally and effortlessly absorb knowledge from their surroundings, shaping themselves to become a part of their culture and environment. At Connect the Tots, each child's journey begins in a nurturing and intimate setting with a small group of 10–15 children, guided by a teacher and an assistant. This warm, community-focused environment offers children the opportunity to engage in meaningful, age-appropriate activities such as pouring water, preparing food, and planting. These hands-on experiences encourage independence, support developmental growth, and inspire a genuine love for learning and life. We also begin to gently introduce foundational elements of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) through playful exploration. For example, toddlers might observe how water flows through a series of tubes or use simple sorting activities to explore early math concepts like size, shape, and quantity. These early STEM experiences nurture problem-solving, curiosity, and critical thinking skills in a way that is natural and engaging. After our Toddler program, children graduate to the Montessori-inspired Casa curriculum, which stimulates the development of motor skills, senses, cognition, language, eye-hand coordination, and independence.

CASA

30 Months to 6 Years

The Casa program marks the final stage of childcare at Connect the Tots, where children build on foundational skills with a focus on communication, emotional self-regulation, and school readiness. Learning is centered around four core areas: Practical Life, Sensorial, Language, and Mathematics. Practical Life activities—such as table setting, sweeping, buttoning, and food preparation—promote independence and coordination. Sensorial work refines perception through the five senses, laying the groundwork for abstract thinking. In the Language area, children develop early literacy skills through storytelling, phonetic games, and vocabulary enrichment. Mathematics introduces concepts like quantity, sequencing, and simple operations using hands-on materials. We also begin to explore early STEM through activities like measuring during cooking, building with blocks, or experimenting with magnets and water flow. Creative expression is nurtured through visits from guest music and art teachers, offering opportunities for rhythm, movement, and visual exploration. Our educators support this growth through rich daily experiences that inspire curiosity, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning.
